You’ve Got Tenure, Now What?

“You’ve Got Tenure, Now What?” is an extended professional development session designed to support newly tenured faculty at Virginia Tech in navigating this new career stage. Through engagement with colleagues and senior leaders across campus, the program offers space for reflection and forward planning, helping faculty think intentionally about their next professional steps and how to grow toward future milestones.
