Provost’s Leadership Development Program
Academic leadership takes many shapes, from more formal administrative roles to more informal opportunities to lead from within. The Provost’s Leadership Development Program is a suite of cohort-based programs geared towards a variety of faculty leadership roles, including those leading in place, new department heads and school directors, and for senior leaders. These programs are designed to evolve with the changing needs of our academic leaders.

Building on the past success of the Academic Leaders Program, this program embraces a broad view of academic leadership, from more formal positional leadership roles to a more lateral view where leadership roles are available to everyone, sometimes referred to as leadership in place.
