Faculty Evaluation Resources

Review and evaluations of a faculty member’s job performance, progress towards promotion and tenure serve as important opportunities for supporting the ongoing success of faculty, aligning departmental, college and university expectations to progress, and building a positive culture of feedback. Evaluations and reviews take a number of forms, including annual reviews, pre-tenure review, progress towards promotion to professor review, and peer evaluations of teaching.
